BUILDING DESIGN | NEW CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS

For interior and exterior spaces, we determine the best layout for your available building space. Then we develop the floor plan, the elevations and the architectural details to create the design and complete the working construction drawings and documents. We specify the finishes, fixtures, and equipment, the kitchen and bath details, surface materials, color scheme, lighting design and fixtures, flooring and baseboard details, cabinetry and built-ins, fireplaces and mantels. We continue working together throughout the project to ensure that the project runs smoothly.

INTERIORS

We develop a design concept, define the scope of work for the project, and establish a budget. This will be followed by space planning, color scheming, furniture and fabric selection and sourcing. Then, onsite installation of all interior furnishings and design elements will happen followed by placement of accessories and artwork.
